6. Payment Terms

Custom products:

  • Must be checked carefully at artwork approval stage

Customers are responsible for:

  • Spelling

  • Layout approval

  • Colour acceptance

9. Delivery

Delivery is deemed complete when goods are delivered to the address provided.

Customers must:

  • Ensure accurate delivery details

  • Provide suitable access where required

Risk transfers upon delivery.

10. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.

Failure to notify within this period may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

11. Returns Policy

Returns may be accepted where:

  • Goods are faulty

  • Goods are incorrect

  • Goods are damaged in transit

Returned goods must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition where possible

Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

12. Limitation of Liability
